We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospice / home care setting. The nurse will focus on patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life while supporting patients and their families.

• Provide direct patient care at home or hospice facility
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
• Assist patients with daily activities (feeding, hygiene, mobility)
• Manage pain and provide palliative care support
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Educate and support family members on patient care
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare team for treatment plans
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control practices
