The Civil Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
• Master’s degree (optional, preferred for senior roles)

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil construction projects
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor workforce
• Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Handle procurement of materials and vendor management
• Resolve on-site issues and technical challenges
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
